Portals: Roots and Routes

Roots and Routes at Michigan Central invited Black and Afro-Latine communities to explore genealogy and memory work as tools for healing, liberation, and storytelling. Through workshops, panels, and art installations, participants gained skills to reclaim and honor their histories.
