The Station
Our exceptional venues are available to rent for events beginning in early 2025.
Please note that these are high-production spaces best suited for events between 100 โ 1,000 guests. The Station requires a planner for all private and corporate events, and all catering, decor, furniture, A/V, and other event elements must be secured separately from the venue rental.
Grand Hall
19,500 SQFT | CAPACITY: 1,000 - 1,200 Guests
Meticulously restored to its historic grandeur, this space provides an open and opulent evironment for unforgettable experiences.
Reading Room
3,300 SQFT | CAPACITY: 100 - 150 Guests
Deep wood paneling and historically restored details give the Reading Room a warm and grand feel for gatherings.
South Concourse
16,000 SQFT | CAPACITY: 800 - 1,000 Guests
A blend of industrial might and Beaux-Arts magnificence, the South Concourse is a space where art and activation come together beneath a dramatic skylight.
Terraces
2,400 SQFT | CAPACITY: 160 Guests
Four terraces set within the tower of The Station present an opportunity for private outdoor activation with views of Downtown and the Detroit River.
Rose Garden
30,000 SQFT | CAPACITY: TBD
The Stationโs iconic historic entry is available for activation across a landscaped terrace โ just steps away from the Grand Hall.
