On Friday, October 31, 2025, Michigan Central and Ford Philanthropy hosted a vibrant Halloween celebration at The Station, transforming the heart of Detroit into a festive playground for families and community members of all ages. From 5:00 to 9:00 PM, the Michigan Central district buzzed with excitement as attendees enjoyed a variety of free outdoor activities in front of Newlab—rain or shine.

Event Highlights Included:

• Trunk-or-Treating with Ford employees and local partners, delighting kids with candy and creative car displays

• Nutty Scientist Demos featuring spooky science fun like Ghost Bubbles and Floating Eyeballs

• Creative Art & Craft Stations offering mask-making, glow-in-the-dark art, caricatures, stickers, and airbrush tattoos

• Selfie Stations & Photo Booths for capturing costumed memories

• Cider & Doughnuts from beloved local vendors, adding a sweet seasonal touch

This festive evening brought together families, neighbors, and partners for a joyful celebration of creativity, community, and spooky fun—making Halloween at The Station a highlight of the season.
